Spring 2025 Data Collection Workshop

NOTE: If you are a member you should login to get the Member RATE!!

To register for the workshop, please complete all required information and issue a check or purchase order made out to A/CAPA. If you need to reserve a hotel room, call (814)375-6028 or (814) 375-6029 to secure the A/CAPA group rate of $139 per night plus state tax (if applicable) Let them know they are booking under the "ACAPA 2025 Meeting Block" so that the discounted rate can be applied to their reservation. All reservations must be made by the cut off date of 5/1/2025.

If you are tax-exempt, you must provide Comfort Suites with your tax-exempt paperwork by emailing it to PA709@stayatchoice.com.

Cancellations for the workshop up to 72 hours prior to the event will be reimbursed less a $50 handling fee. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the event cannot be reimbursed. Hotel reservation cancellations are subject to Comfort Suites cancellation policies.

Monday buffet lunch and Tuesday continental breakfast are included with conference registration.
