Welcome to A/CAPA — The Attendance/Child Accounting Professional Association

The Attendance/Child Accounting Professional Association (A/CAPA) is one of Pennsylvania’s longest-standing and most trusted membership organizations serving professionals in child accounting, attendance reporting, and related fields. We are a volunteer-driven organization powered by the expertise and dedication of our elected and appointed board members—all of whom serve without compensation—and supported operationally by our management partner, BlueChip Management.

Our mission is to provide timely, effective professional development and practical resources that empower our members to succeed in their roles. Whether you’re responsible for student data, enrollment compliance, attendance,  state reporting, or related fields A/CAPA is here to support your work through a wide array of services and learning opportunities.
